I couldn't have asked for anything better than growing up in one of the most beautiful places in the country, Colorado. I had such an active childhood which transferred into my adulthood (shhhh, don't tell anyone I used the "A" word) and I love sharing that passion with others throughout the community! 


The value of continuous self-development was instilled in me at a young age. After dedicating myself as a successful Division I wrestler, I decided to establish Obstacle Destruction as a means to share my knowledge and passion for fitness and a healthier lifestyle.  I realize the gym may not work for everyone, so I utilize Colorado's great outdoors with the amazing parks we have and provide satisfying workout sessions inside and out.

​Along my journey, I've also become involved in the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community and developed a passion for American Sign Language. One of my goals is to develop new fitness opportunities for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community in Colorado where I can have direct communication.

Fitness for me is an opportunity to live an exciting and healthy life and share my excitement with others. Being active has always been a part of my life.  Throughout my childhood I played a variety of sports and enjoyed being outside creating fun activities to keep me entertained.


I became a mom as a young adult and shortly after my second child I really started my fitness journey. I realized at that time that I needed to be a positive role model for my family and take my health seriously. I worked through various fitness programs and began to enjoy every aspect of weight training, cardio and nutrition. I realized that a career in the fitness industry would allow me to motivate others to find the drive they need to create a healthy life of their own.

My aim for clients is to help set realistic goals and motivate them every step of the way. I understand that everyone’s journey is different and I want to help clients find their motivation and passion so that they can achieve their goals, no matter what they may be. Whether it’s weight loss, toning or just being active, I’m excited to help you get started and help you reach your fitness goals.

Since being an athlete in high school and being unsatisfied with my progress

and results, I continued looking for ways to be active and improve my

movement practice. This grew into a bit of an obsession with gaining knowledge

about training techniques, methodologies, and philosophies.

As I continue to learn and study in the field, I strive to apply this curiosity and

knowledge to both my own movement practice and towards guiding others as they

chase their own fitness goals.

Whether these goals include improving athleticism, strength, muscle mass,

body composition, mobility, general movement, or any other physical goal, I would

be glad to help anyone achieve those goals in an effective, fulfilling, and long-lasting

Born in Wisconsin, I’ve always been heavily involved with football.  This is a natural thing for me as The Green Bay Packers were and still are a main staple in my life. I started playing flag football all the way up to the semi-pro level in Wisconsin but never got into strength or specific fitness training until my early 20’s.  After a friend introduced weight lifting to me, I started to see positive changes mentally and physically in myself.


Having a troubled past, these changes were extremely important for me. I began to live a more positive life and everything became more fulfilling.  At the same time I was still working in a factory.  As my personal progress continued to build, I started to realize I wasn’t happy with my work. I continued to analyze my life and began to consider personal training as my new path. I wanted to share my passion with people as well as help them mentally.


Moving back and forth between Wisconsin and Colorado most of my life, I made the most important move back to Colorado in 2014 where I joined the first gym that would hire me. I got involved with a kickboxing gym and found myself so happy training my clients. I could see them mentally change when overcoming obstacles or specific goals.  After a few months I made the ultimate decision that I wanted more knowledge for training and nutrition so I could take my new found passion to the next level.  After getting my national certification, I truly felt I was on track for helping people as much as I could. 


I love the results people obtain through training and proper nutrition.  My main focus is to help people’s mental health improve to the quality we all desire. By helping my clients improve their self-confidence, people embrace the new changes and also continue to put themselves out there for new challenges. I truly believe I will make massive changes in the industry of fitness, one client at a time!!!
