Monthly Challenges! 

Every Month we put out a different challenge to all our clients.  These challenges are for everyone and meant to help our clients continue take their training to the next level.  We have everything from individual goals to community goals that we achieve together and everything can be completed here in the gym or at home. 

Goal Crushing in May:

Last month we smashed our our weekly goals as a community! 

June is all about the miles.  So if you run, swim, bike, walk, crawl, bear crawl, jump...  Do any distance and let us know, we'll add it to the tally.  The community goal this month is 250 miles of work! Keep it simple and now it's time to get out and do the work!
