If you're looking to take on the world solo, with the guidance of one of our Obstacle Destruction trainers, this is the plan for you!  We'll create your training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals and obtain the results you're expecting. Get even more savings and ask about being a Contract Client!

Many people work better when they have someone to workout with. We have special pricing for you and a partner to workout together and can modify all of our programming for the both of you to be challenged at the same time.

Private Small Groups Are Fun Too!

Whether it's three people or 10, a group workout can be a great way to keep yourself motivated and create a bond between you and your crew. Jam out as a group and keep up the camaraderie, Obstacle Destruction style!  

12 Week Nutrition Program

Need to get your nutrition on track?  This is a 12 week nutrition program that is specifically built for your needs.  Throughout the program you get full check-in's and everything is adjusted and designed to fit your life.

12 Week Nutrition + Online Training

Not only do you get all that comes with the 12 week nutrition but with our online training,  you get full workouts that you can do in the privacy of your own home, on vacation or wherever you feel the need to get your workout on!
